Bookings and Payments
How many people can the finca accommodate?
The finca is rented in full to a single group, for up to 30 people. It has 5 bedrooms, 17 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a private pool, BBQ area, soccer field, pool table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Send us a WhatsApp message with your dates and group size and we will confirm availability.
What is the minimum stay?
From Sunday to Thursday you can book from 1 night. On Fridays and Saturdays the minimum is 2 nights, on long holiday weekends 3 nights, and in high season (Holy Week and December 15 to January 15) 4 nights. We also welcome day-pass groups without an overnight stay.
How can I make a booking?
You can book directly through our platform, via WhatsApp, or through the links we’ll send you.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Yes. To secure your dates, a 50% deposit of the total is required, and the balance is paid on arrival at check-in. We send you a written confirmation with the total amount, what is included, and the cancellation terms.
Do you accept card payments or only cash?
We accept bank transfers, Nequi and other electronic payment platforms, and cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards. If you prefer to pay by card, you can book through Airbnb, Booking, or Vrbo.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
Yes, cancellations made at least 15 days in advance are eligible for a partial or full refund according to our cancellation policy.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 11:00 a.m. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know and we will check availability.
Can I check in early or check out late?
It depends on availability. It may have an additional cost.
Facilities and Services
Is parking available?
Yes, we have private parking for 4 vehicles.
Does the estate have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for guests.
Do you have an equipped kitchen?
Yes, the house has a full kitchen, utensils, and basic appliances.
Is breakfast or any meal service included?
No, breakfast and meal service are not included. The finca has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, and a BBQ area with a grill so your group can cook with complete freedom. The most practical option is to shop for groceries in Pereira before heading up.
Is music and sound equipment allowed?
Yes, but at a moderate volume, respecting quiet hours (from 11:00 p.m. or the established schedule).
Pool and Common Areas
Is the pool exclusively for guests?
Yes, it is for the private use of guests who have booked the house.
Are there rules for using the pool?
Yes:
- Shower before entering.
- Do not enter with glass containers.
- Children must always be supervised.
- Do not eat inside the pool.
Is the pool heated?
No, it is an outdoor pool.
Policies and Rules
Are pets allowed?
Yes, as long as the owners take responsibility and clean up after them.
Are additional visitors allowed beyond the registered guests?
No, only the people included in the reservation are allowed to enter, for security reasons.
Can parties or events be held?
Large parties are not allowed without prior authorization.

Does the estate have cameras or surveillance?
We have secure fencing and cameras in external areas (not inside the house).
Are there first aid supplies?
Yes. We have a first aid kit, a stretcher, and a fire extinguisher available at the property.
What should I do in case of emergency?
Contact the host and/or call the emergency numbers you’ll find in the house.
Location and Transportation
How do I get to the estate?
You can arrive by private car, public transportation (buses from Pereira), or via platforms like Uber, InDriver, and DiDi.
Are there motorcycle taxis or transportation services in the area?
Yes, we can share contact numbers for local transportation.
